Hello Daisy, because feeling beautiful and actually believing you are beautiful takes conscious effort for most of us, a series of psychological techniques are best.
First to help you feel more attractive I would recommend a bath with Vixen Botanical Bath whose therapeutic oils will help boost your attractiveness level and help you feel confident about your appearance.
Once you're out of the bath, Stand and Sit Tall. A study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology found subjects were more confident and attractive in statements they wrote when sitting up straight in their chairs, rather than slouching.
Be an Observer, Not a Judge. Don't judge yourself when you look in the mirror. Instead take in physical attributes with appreciation and acceptance, like you would with a child or a good friend.
Find Something to Admire In Yourself. Find a feature you like about yourself (your eyes, your hair, etc.) and focus on that. As a treat if you have great eyes then show them off with great eye make up. If you have great legs then wear a slit dress that shows them off.
Put on a Happy Face. A smile makes everyone look and feel better and it generates a more youthful appearance. Try smiling and notice how many more people smile back at you, you'll definitely feel better about yourself.
Breathe Deeply. Deep, slow breaths are relaxing. Feeling at ease will make you look more at ease. Wear Colour. A splash of colour can light up your face and your mood. It doesn't have to be an entire outfit, a colourful necklace can do the trick too. A good tip is to choose blue because there is a shade that works with every skin tone.

Hello Sally. When I'm stressed I always carry a bottle of Level perfume air with me and if I inhale the scent from the bottle with this simple acupressure technique, I instantly feel much better.
For stress relief there are three main pressure points, each of which are easy to locate yourself. The way to do it is to use your thumb or fingertip to apply the pressure. Use a firm, constant pressure with the finger or thumb held straight on the point. Keep the pressure even for two minutes.
Foot pressure point. This is on the top of the foot, about half way up. It is the point where the bones between the first and second toes meet.
Hand pressure point. This is located in the web between the thumb and forefinger on the back of the hand.
Head pressure point. This is the point at the centre on the very top of the head. Caution - Do not put pressure on this point if you have high blood pressure.

Hello Michael this will help any unresolved issues clear up and helps you if you feel unable to talk face to face with the person or if they are out of your life and help you move on.
First prepare your aromatherapy burner with 8 drops of Repair oil and with the healing oils bring the person to your mind and thank them for sharing time with you. With your eyes closed picture the two of you enclosed in a gold circle of light. With total honesty explain how you feel and if they let you down, explain why you feel the hurt you do. Sit in your space as long as you need and talk until you feel empty. When it feels the right time to let go, imagine the circle dividing like a fertilized ovum, separating the two of you. Then gently let the person go in peace, and send them your blessing as his or her circle of light spins away.
Do this twice a day until you feel you've let their energy go.

Repair Perfume Air

Saffron from Somerset: Hello Raef I love Serene perfume air oil and would love something to go with it. I've tried meditation but I always become mentally side tracked and I'm not very good at it?

Hello Saffron. If you're not very good at switching off than I would suggest a mantra and this OM one is a very easy to do.
OM is a word that if you repeat for quite along time causes your body to vibrate. These vibrations generate positive energy and helps you feel at peace with yourself.
First prepare your aromatherapy burner with 6-8 drops of your Serene perfume air and sit cross legged on a cushion on the floor.
Then close your eyes and breathe slowly. Focus as air moves inside your lungs and then leaves. Now start to breathe deeply. Fill your lungs with air, hold it for a few seconds and then exhale. If you do this for twenty minutes a day you can achieve an increased brain wave coherence. Greater creativity, decreased anxiety. Decreased depression, irritability and moodiness. Improved learning ability and memory. Increased self-actualization. Increased feelings of vitality and rejuvenation. Increased happiness and increased emotional stability.
Everything in fact that meditation will bring you. Do the sequence whenever you can.

Hello Meg confidence is something that we all need from time to time. For help I would advise a daily visualisation with your Ego perfume air.
First prepare your Ego perfume air in the aromatherapy burner by putting in 6 drops and make yourself comfortable.
Next breathe deeply and fully relax, taking your time as you do so. Close your eyes and imagine another "you" standing in front of you. This is your "ideal" you standing in front of you. Look at your hair and skin and notice how healthy they look. This is your true self and the most wonderful version of yourself that you can imagine. Notice how your true self stands, talks and moves. Observe the confidence that oozes out of your body. Take note of how relaxed and comfortable your other self is. Your true self has achieved everything you have ever wanted or dreamed of.
Now imagine steeping into your true confident self's body, so that your two bodies become one. Imagine all the confident things you would be doing if you were living in their body all the time. What would you spend your time doing? How would you feel?
Doing this regularly will, over time make yourself more confident.
