Ordering.

 Order Confirmation

   Your order will be confirmed by email as soon as possible. All candles are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any candle ordered is unavailable.

 Delivery

   All candles are dispatched within two working days on orders placed before 3pm. Delivery in the UK takes 3-5 days from dispatch. For any other delivery requirements, including deliveries outside the UK, please contact us through our contact page.

 Payment.

   Our prices include standard delivery, there are no hidden charges. All payments are made through Paypal's secure website, giving you the flexability of paying by card or Paypal and their world renowned security.

 Cancellations and Returns.

   You have the right to cancel your order up to seven days after delivery of your candle. You can cancel by email and return the goods to us within the time limit in it's original, unopened and unused condition. If your candle arrives in a damaged condition we will be happy to replace it, just contact us on our Contact page for details.
