Terms & Conditions1. Pricing All prices quoted are in £’s sterling. All prices quoted include standard delivery to addresses within mainland UK. For delivery outside mainland UK or for other delivery terms please contact us for a quote. We will endeavour to meet your requirements. We hereby reserve the right to change the price of any product without prior notice due to a change in taxation levels or as a result of price fluctuations due to supply issues. 2. Ordering and Payment You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. All payments will be made through Paypal as a third party. Payments may be made by credit and debit cards accepted by Paypal or through a Paypal account. Methods of payment are subject to those accepted by Paypal. Acceptance of payment does not constitute acceptance of an order. I CONJURE reserve the right to reject an order for whatever reason, even if payment has been processed, in which case payment will be refunded in full. Acceptance of an order is at the sole discretion of I CONJURE Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. 3. Cancellation and Returns You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 8 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used. Please notify us within 5 working days of damage to any product received. We will advise you how to return the item at our cost and upon reciept of the damaged item we will dispatch a replacement. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights. 4. Complaints In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products or any service, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to deal with your problem in a prompt, fair and confidential manner. 5. Disputes Any and all disputes will be under the juristiction of UK Law. 6. Use of Products As with any product that contains essential oils, we strongly advise anyone who is pregnant or suffering from asthma, high blood pressure, epilepsy or any condition you may think may be affected to please consult with your Doctor before making any purchase as they can have a physiological effect. As with any candle that contains essential oils, you should restrict the length of time of each session that the candle is burning to a maximum of four hours. Many tests and studies have been carried out on essential oils and plant extracts proving they have varying degrees of efficacy for different physiological effects. Our candles suggested purposes and effects have not been scientifically tested and are therefore unproven. Our candles blends have been thoroughly researched for historical and traditional uses but must be used as a form of entertainment. Candles carry an inherent risk of fire and injury and therefore should be used with care, with regards of how and where they are used and their surroundings. I CONJURE accepts no responsibilty for any accident or incident caused by the inappropriate use or misuse of it's products. 7. Waiver If any of these conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby. No waiver by I CONJURE of any breach of Contract by the Customer shall be treated as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other condition or term of a Contract. 8. Force Majeure I CONJURE shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity. |
