Healing Advice
Featured article - Guide for Flower Remedies to relieve negative states of mind.
In 1930 a talented physician and homeopath Dr Edward Bach discovered that long continuing stress resulting from emotions such as worry, fear or anger lowered a person's resistance to a disease. Determined to find a way to remedy this he set out to discover a simple method for capturing the flower energies and finding the answer to heal the mind, body and spirit of all emotional disharmonies. Using two methods of potentization, where flower heads have their energy carefully extracted, and the resulting tincture of concentrated stock was then sent through further dilution in water before being ready before administration.
The resulting Flower Remedies act to transmute negative emotions such as fear, melancholy and hatred into courage, joy and love, and correct the cause of our ills. They do not simply buffer the effects of a turbulent perception, but they act as a gentle catalyst, generating from within.
The Flower Remedies I've found over the years are a fantastic adjunct to all other forms of treatment, be it orthodox, homeopathic, herbal or whatever. They work on the emotional, mental and spiritual level and will not interfere with any other means of healing the body; in fact they enhance other forms of treatment. The Remedies actually appear to hasten the healing process, especially in times where we all have difficulty in letting go.
It has to be emphasized that the Remedies effect can sometimes take a while to work because they are subtle. But persevere and slowly but surely, your mental outlook will become much more positive and optimistic and this will help heal the negative emotions. Take the flower remedy as instructed on the label.
First prepare your aromatherapy burner with 6-8 drops of your Cure Perfume air oil in the bowl with some warm water and light the tea-light candle and sit next to the beneficial oils for twenty minutes whenever you can. Do this three times a day until the negative feelings have gone.
