We have commisioned our second application. This application has a fun tool that uses information from a form about your personal circumstances and calculates how you have spent your time over the past year. You enter things like your age range and whether you are fashionable or casual. It will tell you the total amount of sleep you got, how much time you spent getting ready and other facts that you won't have thought about but all add up.

We have added a free downloadable 16 page mini ebook that helps you organise your life better so you get more out of life. It has several exercises using the latest techniques to help get your life where you want it to be.
